BILL G. HIBBLER has been practicing law since 1985. He began with a general practice law firm in Thermopolis, Wyoming. His extensive experience in professional licensing / administrative law began in 1986 with the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, located in Casper where he represented the Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission, Pharmacy Board and Unemployment Insurance Commission. During that time, he also instructed a Pharmacy Law class at the University of Wyoming. Bill was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1992. In 1993, he moved to Cheyenne and became a Senior Assistant Attorney General, where he exclusively represented 26 professional licensing boards, from Nursing to Real Estate Brokers, prosecuting licensure violations and related court appeals. Bill began his private practice, BILL G. HIBBLER, P.C., in 1995 and continues to practice extensively in professional / occupational licensing and administrative law. Many of his Wyoming Supreme Court reported cases have shaped administrative law in Wyoming. He is retained by the Wyoming Board of Medicine serving as the Board’s Prosecutor of license disciplinary matters. Beginning in 1998 he has also been retained by the City of Cheyenne as a Special Assistant City Attorney providing various municipal and agency representation and serving as a hearing officer in contested case hearings. Bill has achieved a BV-Distinguished rating from his attorney peers. In addition to his 30+year law practice, Bill also has extensive experience in providing Christian Conciliation, assisting individuals and church congregations in resolving conflict via Biblical peacemaking.
